If Amo Yamie Crib have their concept of cute and girly mezzanine CHUN CHON RESTAURANT have their concept of simple and wooden mezzanine. A friend of mine posted a photo of them chillin’ at Chun Chon in her instagram account. Then one Sunday afternoon, Joseph and I went to this restaurant after review class. It’s a bit far away from my place so we rode on a tricycle to get there.

CHUN CHON RESTAURANT is located at 1139 GM Tolentino, Casa Ysabel Building, Sampaloc, Manila. It is near University of Santo Tomas.

I loved the place because it’s just simple and it’s not too crowded that time, maybe because it was Sunday. The restaurant was just small but the ambiance is very relaxing. There are notes posted on the walls too. Some are words to inspire and some are doodles. Not too crowded, not too loud. Two thumbs up for the place.

We just ordered Fried Chicken (Php 95.00) for dinner. It tasted good. I love their frappe. I ordered Strawberry Frappuccino and Joseph ordered Dark Chocolate Chip (both are Venti for Php 140.00 each). He said that their frappe was better than Starbucks. He seem to like it. 🙂

I definitely recommend this restaurant to you, guys! You have to try it, I know you won’t regret it. I will definitely go back to this place someday. Since my first experience is good, t’s a 9.5/10 rating for this cool place!
